Absolute Auctions are simply explained as a property being sold to the greatest bidder no make a difference the end price, in effect there is no reserve selling price to be satisfied. It would seem that this could be a typical event but in all truth it is extremely uncommon that an auction toted as becoming ?absolute? is essentially that at all.
