Turn southwards, and from the church of Saint Germain des Pr&eacute;s, take Rue de Rennes, walking towards the Montparnasse Tower. About 200 yards in the Rue de Rennes, right onto your pathway crosses the upscale Rue Du Four which is lined with more expensive brands. Carry on inside the Rue de Rennes, and you will probably get through to the Saint Sulpice metro station. On your right side (west of where you are if you face the Montparnasse Tower), the apparel shops within the surrounding streets offer attractive bargains.<br />Sales, Sales, Sales in Paris!<br />In yet another district, near the Madeleine Church as well as the Opera Garnier, large department stores found a home on Boulevard Haussmann some 110-140 years back. Le Printemps department store was constructed there in 1865, and the Galeries Lafayette followed suit in 1893.<br />Shops give you a very convenient way of shopping for fashion: a huge number of upscale items is available over acres of space on the floor. Individuals like you and me attract clothes we do not desire to wear anymore, and have a little money through the shop owner that will resell our garments for any a bit more money with other people.<br />I can tell already a few eyebrows raised, their rightful owners objecting that designer depots are only glorified thrift shops or consignment stores.
