Berkshire Residence was developed by Morrison Seifert Murphy Architects, studio of architecture and design. Harmony and coziness are reached by a combination of spectacular illumination and use of warm, dark gray-green and coffee colors. Large sliding glass doors and windows gave the house an ability to blend in with the surrounding nature, and made the indoor and outdoor spaces become one. The interior and the exterior of the residence are a product of minimalism and simplicity of forms. This house is perfect for a family that values comfort and a good life-style.

Design studio Reigo & Bauer (Toronto) decided to design and build this house so that it could be affordable and accessible to an average consumer. This is simply astonishing suburban real estate project! Not only it is driven to make money, but also has a great taste and style to it! Interior design as well as exterior design are terrific!



The house has been remodeled compactly, and very smart. Would be very interesting to see what was the original version of this suburban house for sale!



The main challenge was to offer the buyer a newly built house with modern interior and exterior design for a competitive price. While the price of this house can be compared to an average apartment in Toronto, it differs in the way that it has the front and the backyard, three floors for living, and of course a beautiful and modern interior. The house was listed for $419,900 Canadian dollars and was sold for $414,000 in October of 2006. This house is perfect for people that appreciate modern design and conservative elements.
